Bizcopilot automation guide

Social media automation starts with choosing the right workflow

Social media automation can mean scheduling public posts, responding to direct messages or managing enquiries after a person contacts a business. These are separate jobs with different tool requirements. Bizcopilot currently supports WhatsApp customer automation: conversations, lead qualification, campaigns and operational workflows. It does not currently provide Instagram or Facebook post publishing, Instagram DM automation or Facebook Messenger automation.

Discuss your workflow

Separate publishing from customer conversations

A publishing tool helps prepare and schedule content for a social channel. A customer workflow tool handles what happens after someone asks about a service. If your main problem is maintaining an Instagram posting calendar, you need a tool with that publishing capability. Bizcopilot’s current product focuses on eligible WhatsApp Business accounts and the customer processes connected to them.

This distinction matters when comparing social media automation tools. Check the exact channel, account requirements and actions supported before buying or building a workflow. The fact that a product can automate one messaging channel does not establish support for another channel’s posts, comments or inbox.

Plan the handoff from interest to an enquiry

A business can direct interested visitors from its own social content to its WhatsApp contact channel. Once a person starts a supported WhatsApp conversation, a configured Bizcopilot assistant can answer service questions, collect requirements and guide a defined next step. Publishing that social content remains a separate activity.

Consider a consultation offer shared by your team. A customer contacts you on WhatsApp to ask what the consultation includes. Your assistant uses approved knowledge, collects the relevant details and can guide an appointment request using configured availability. Staff can review the conversation and appointment record before preparing for the meeting.

  • Make the next contact step clear in your own social content.
  • Prepare business knowledge for the questions enquiries will generate.
  • Test the customer journey from the contact link to the recorded next step.

Keep follow-ups and ownership clear

When an enquiry needs another step, Bizcopilot supports configured follow-up campaigns, personalized approved message templates and supported API actions. Decide which customers need a follow-up and why. Review the conversation rather than treating every person arriving from social media as having the same intent.

Use the shared chat workspace for human takeover when customers need a person. Conversation summaries and structured fields help staff understand what has already been asked. Forms, document collection and booking workflows can support the operational work after an enquiry, depending on your plan and setup.

Evaluate this journey in separate stages: whether your social content makes the offer clear, whether the contact step works, and whether the WhatsApp workflow captures the right details. Bizcopilot campaign delivery reports describe supported messaging activity; they are not a social publishing analytics dashboard or proof that a particular post created a sale.

Before adding more channels, confirm an actual product capability rather than assuming it from a broad automation label. Choose Bizcopilot when your immediate requirement is a configured WhatsApp sales or support process, and assess separate tools for public content publishing or other social inboxes.

No. Instagram and Facebook publishing are not current Bizcopilot capabilities. The supported customer channel is WhatsApp, with account eligibility and setup requirements.

Does Bizcopilot automate Instagram DMs or Facebook Messenger?

No. Those inbox automation features are not currently supported. Do not design a workflow around them without first confirming a released integration.

How can it support enquiries from social media?
